Amazing Hotel with Onsen
The room was clean, very comfortable and staff was amazingly friendly & helpful. Location is near to Kyoto shopping district.
The room is quite small, not able to open more than 1 big luggage bag.

The room was very nice and the location central. The staff was very kind and helpful
The onsen was a bit small so very quickly crowded, and there were only 2 washing machines so we had a hard time finding a free slot.

Great service, great location, great value for money.
The staff offered excellent service, the location was very central and the rooms were clean and new. The room we got was a triple room and it was spacious enough for our family of three. It was great to have an in house onsen too!
I can’t think of anything negative.
